Joyful greetings by knowing that you are interested in joining me for these special events on the beautiful Bowen Island. The "U" Retreat concept was created to serve you and our community in the higher state of vibration and energy. The space is intimate, with only a few spots available. It's an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals if you so desire, or to simply enjoy your own space and privacy. Please understand that U are deeply valued, and trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be. Just come as you are, for I will be there with open arms to welcome and embrace every part of you.

Kelli Kanashiro is the founder and heart of JapaYoga & Healing Therapies. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and Educator (YACEP, E-RYT500), Reiki & Shamanic Reiki Master, Sacred Geometry Guardian Therapist, Ayurveda Practitioner (in training), wellness advocate, and educator. She is on a mission to support individuals in the self-knowledge path to achieve emotional resilience, personal growth, and spiritual development. Kelli (Japa) utilizes a trauma-informed approach combined with holistic therapeutic tools to assist body+mind integration for a life with more purpose, balance, and well-being.
Kelli had been immersed in the corporate world for over two decades, playing leadership roles in projects and people management. By looking for alternatives to manage stress and lead a more balanced life, she found the path of Yoga. Since 2012, Kelli has been dedicated to the in-depth study and practice of Yoga and other holistic tools, and what started as a personal discipline, eventually became her life purpose. Today, Kelli is committed to assisting people on the path of self-knowledge to explore their potential in every way.
