Kelli Kanashiro is a dedicated Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher and Educator (YACEP, E-RYT500), Ayurveda-oriented, Reiki & Shamanic Reiki Master, and wellness advocate. She is on a mission to guide individuals toward emotional resilience, personal growth, and spiritual development.

 

Her approach is rooted in education rather than dependence, with sessions thoughtfully designed to empower individuals. Whether through in-person or online sessions, Kelli combines her extensive knowledge of trauma-informed practices with holistic therapeutic tools to facilitate the integration of body and mind, leading to a life imbued with balance and purpose.

 

With a history rooted in the corporate realm, Kelli thrived for two decades, assuming project and people management leadership roles. Immersed in this environment, she personally witnessed the detrimental impact of work-related stress, igniting her determination to explore alternatives and alleviate the pressures associated with the demands of modern life.

Kelli's journey into yoga and meditation ignited in 2012, culminating in a transformative experience through Kriya Yoga initiation from the Self Realization Fellowship (SRF) in 2016. This marked the beginning of her profound guru-disciple relationship with Paramahansa Yogananda.

 

What started as a personal discipline became her life's purpose. Today, Kelli empowers individuals with therapeutic yoga techniques and energy healing practices, fostering self-knowledge, exploring human potential, and empowering transformation through the fusion of ancient wisdom, modern insights and new perspectives. To those with an open heart and a curious mind, her guidance is an invitation to delve into a contemplative inquiry into our divine and human nature, unveiling the self-healing power inherent in all of us.

Area of Practice: anxiety and stress management, emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, pain management (chronic pain), body+mind connection, spiritual growth, trauma recovery, mental clarity, musculoskeletal issues.
